AK-47 Assault Rifle Replica

Non-firing collector's replica of the Denix AK-47 assault rifle, made of metal and wood with a simulated gas-piston action, removable curved magazine, and detachable components. This inert display model cannot be fired and cannot chamber or discharge any ammunition.

The original AK-47 (Avtomat Kalashnikova model 1947), designed by Mikhail Kalashnikov in 1947, became the standard-issue rifle of the Soviet Red Army and was subsequently adopted by Warsaw Pact nations and numerous other countries. Renowned for its simplicity, durability, and ease of maintenance, the AK-47's gas-operated rotating-bolt system and curved 7.62×39mm magazine became defining features of modern assault rifles. It remains the most produced and widely distributed firearm in history.

This reproduction of Denix Ak-47 faithfully recreates its iconic profile for collectors, historical displays, reenactment, film, and themed décor.
